Description

This pathway describes the glucosinolate derived from branched-chain amino acid (Val, Leu, Ile) in Arabidopsis thaliana. This is based on the KEGG pathway. Some pathway entities are unknown and being investigated, these are denoted as "Catalyst" and "Metabolite" for now.
