Description

Interleukin-7 belongs to a family of cytokines, which includes IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-15 and IL-21. It signals through a receptor complex consisting of IL-7 receptor alpha chain (IL7RA) and a common gamma chain (γc) that is shared between all members of this family. IL-7 mainly activates the JAK/STAT signaling module. Source: NetPath http://www.netpath.org/pathways?path_id=NetPath_19

NetPath 19 – IL-7 Signaling Pathway

The annotation of immune signaling pathways (http://www.netpath.org) is a collaborative project between PandeyLab at Johns Hopkins University (http://pandeylab.igm.jhmi.edu) and the Institute of Bioinformatics (http://www.ibioinformatics.org). If you use these pathways, you must cite these websites.
